services and IT skills for jobs on 'Wall Street West.' Project Success is funded through a $15 million Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) grant from the U.S. Department of Labor. LCCC identifies potential students and contacts them with a letter that begins: Congratulations on being selected to apply to Project Success.
